The International Congress ‘The Clown is Art and Culture’ is an educational and cultural exchange event, bringing together Children’s Artists, Clowns, Face Painters, Storytellers, and Puerto Rican Children’s Characters residing both on and off the island. This event creates a gathering where through seminars, they learn to enhance their profession. In addition to Puerto Rico talents, Puerto Ricans residing in various locations join the congress and we also attract the participation of professionals from Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Spain, Cuba, Venezuela, and the United States, allowing them to get to know our island, gastronomy, and other cultural exchanges.
